In front of the Saint Regis humidor’s luxurious exterior are 2 solid wood-framed glass doors that swing open to reveal its gigantic interior. The lower doors and side panels are embossed along with two full-length glass sides. If needed, the doors can be locked to keep your cigar collection safe.

Regarded as the original humidor wood, the Saint Regis interior is lined with premium Spanish cedar. This wood type helps maintain a stable climate inside the humidor while preserving the freshness of cigars. It has a distinctive smell that is reminiscent of traditional cedar that improves the aroma and taste of stogies when smoking. Spanish cedar is also mold and termite-resistant, effectively deterring bugs from destroying tobacco wrappers.

Should an issue arise, we are strongly committed to help you resolve it. Please note that any delays or mishaps during the shipping progress are outside the purview of Mancave King.
It is essential you inspect your freight before signing your proof of delivery.
The delivery driver will carry the Proof of Delivery receipt, which signifies that the shipment has been delivered. The Proof of Delivery is a legally binding contract, so if you sign it and then notice damage after the driver has departed, there will be no proof that the damage occurred during shipping and the freight company will be released from all accountabilities.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Refuse delivery: do not sign the delivery receipt.
- Review for external damage: check all sides of each package. Look for tears, holes, stains, water, or anything else that might indicate that the goods have been mishandled or tampered with. Look to see if packages have been opened, sealing tape altered, and that pallet’s wrap has not been cut.
- Take photos of damages and make a detailed note of each visible damage or missing item on the delivery receipt, and make sure that the delivery worker is witnessing.
- Have the driver confirm: let him sign next to your damage (or missing items) report notes.
- Send us an email at support@mancaveking.com with:
(a) the pictures you took;
(b) the receipt or proof of purchase;
(c) a detailed explanation of your claim.
We will launch an insurance inquiry and work with the manufacturer to issue a replacement.
Please Note: If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, you will be liable for all true freight costs (to and from the delivery address) and a 25% restocking fee.
If your package looks good but you feel the item within may be damaged:
- Sign delivery receipt assuring to write the note “possible concealed damage”.
- Inspect upon unpackaging: if it is indeed damaged, take photos of the package and the item itself. (Insurance/manufacturers WILL NOT even consider a refund if you do not submit photos of both the box and the product.)
- Send us an email at support@mancaveking.com within 3 days with:
(a) the pictures you took;
(b) the receipt or proof of purchase;
(c) a detailed explanation of your claim.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced promptly, or to process a refund.

- Do not throw the original packaging. The original box and packaging must be included in order to process a refund or replacement. No exceptions allowed.
- Do not dispose of the damaged item until the manufacturer or Mancave King provides further instructions.
- If damage is minor, we may opt to send you a replacement part instead of issuing a refund.
